"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Before you get in trouble, let me warn you that you're not supposed to upload stuff you didn't draw/make yourself here. There are places like Photobucket where you're allowed to upload such things, but in DA it can get you banned (^^U So please, erase the pics/photos you didn't make/take before it's too late (x_x)

But that's not the point (^^u It doesn't matter if you say they're not yours, you -can't- upload someone else's art/photos here. One of the pics you posted is a pic by another user from DA, for example, you can get banned for that.
